Initial Setup & Reshaping: Your Cozy Haven™ will arrive folded for efficient packaging. Gently reshape it upon arrival. Any initial creases from packaging can be smoothed out by hand or lightly ironed on a low setting. This will not affect the product's function or comfort.

Cleaning Instructions: The felt material is durable but requires gentle care.

We recommend hand washing the bed with mild soap and cold water.Air Dry Completely: After washing, allow the bed to air dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area to prevent mildew and maintain its shape. Do NOT machine wash or tumble dry.

Spot Cleaning: For minor spills or marks, gently spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
