Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Non-returnable items: Certain products, such as personalized or final-sale items, may not be eligible for return. This will be noted on the product page.
- To initiate a return, please email our Customer Support team at support@morkstore.com with your order number. Once you receive a confirmation email with return instructions, you can ship the item(s) to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return. After we receive your original item, we will ship the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Provide photos of the damage along with your order number so we can assist you promptly.
