To ensure your DOEL SmartFlow™ provides lasting freshness and optimal performance, please follow these simple care instructions:

Placement is Key: For accurate sensor function and reliable operation, always place the litter box on a hard, flat floor. Avoid placing it on carpets, rugs, or litter mats, as this can interfere with the gravity sensors and lead to malfunctions. Also, ensure the entrance remains unobstructed.

Wi-Fi Connection: The "Tuya Smart" app for network configuration only supports the 2.4GHz WiFi band. Please confirm your home network before setting up the device for the first time.

Litter Compatibility: This smart litter box is designed for clumping cat litter with small diameters, such as:





Tofu or mixed cat litter with a diameter greater than 3mm or a length greater than 15mm, as these can cause significant litter waste. Do not use non-clumping cat litter.

Infrared Sensor Activation: The front-facing infrared safety sensor is off by default. For your cat's safety, please remember to activate this function within the mobile phone APP during your initial setup.

Cleaning the Unit: The internal barrel is removable for easy cleaning. Always ensure it's completely dry before reassembling. Utilize the water leak port for faster drying.
